Christian Apparel FAQs - Your Questions Answered

Welcome to the Power of Prayer FAQ page. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our Christian apparel, streetwear, shipping, and POP Drops. If you don’t see your question here, email us at hello@poprayer.com or DM us on Instagram @powerofprayerco.

Because every item is part of a limited POP Drop, all sales are final. We recommend checking size charts and product details before completing your purchase. If you need sizing help for our Christian hoodies, t-shirts, or hats, reach out before ordering - we’re happy to help.

If your Christian clothes arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage. We’ll arrange an exchange or provide store credit if the same item is not in stock.

Orders begin processing immediately, so we can’t guarantee cancellations once they’re placed. Please double-check product details and sizing before checkout.

Once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. To qualify for a replacement or store credit, notify us within 72 hours of the package being marked “delivered.”

Exchanges are only available for damaged items. We cannot exchange for different sizes or styles because of the limited nature of our drops. If you’re unsure about sizing for Christian apparel, check the size chart or email us before ordering.

We release new collections of Christian streetwear on a limited “drop” basis. Each POP Drop includes exclusive Christian hoodies, graphic tees, crewnecks, and hats, available only while supplies last. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for drop announcements.

Our Kids’ Christian apparel includes t-shirts and hoodies designed with scripture-inspired messages to help children live boldly in their faith. Explore our Kids Collection.

Yes - most of our Christian apparel is designed as unisex, making it versatile for men and women. Please check the sizing guide before purchasing to find your best fit.

We are more than a Christian apparel company - Power of Prayer is a movement rooted in faith. Every product is prayed over and designed to share Jesus through streetwear. Plus, a portion of proceeds supports causes like Lighthouse Family Retreat, which serves families facing childhood cancer.

Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to USPS or UPS, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier. That said, we know these situations can be frustrating, and we’re happy to help by filing a claim with the carrier and reviewing each case individually. To qualify for store credit or a replacement item, you must contact us within 72 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Please email us at hello@poprayer.com with your order number and tracking details so we can assist. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business!

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to make it right. Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. To qualify, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll arrange for an exchange of the damaged item. Please note that we cannot guarantee the same item will be in stock, in which case we may issue store credit.
