Once your order has been shipped and handed over to USPS or UPS, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier. That said, we know these situations can be frustrating, and we’re happy to help by filing a claim with the carrier and reviewing each case individually. To qualify for store credit or a replacement item, you must contact us within 72 hours of the package being marked as delivered. We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to make it right. Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. To qualify, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll arrange for an exchange of the damaged item. Please note that we cannot guarantee the same item will be in stock, in which case we may issue store credit.
